We want you to love your Rotimatic experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery subject to our restocking fee and terms. Please ensure the machine is cleaned and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

    Contact our 24/7 support team via the Rotimatic app or website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Device

    Securely pack the Rotimatic in its original box with all included accessories, ensuring the unit is dry and free of flour residue.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for inspection.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
